Doug and the team at 1800waterdamage did a wonderful job. Having a flood is very stressful, but having a team that took over immediately was so helpful. I loved that I never had to figure out what the next step was or who to call, they took care of it all. We had a lot of different workers/contractors in our house and everyone one of them was professional and the quality of the work was exceptional. I have always recommend them and now that I actually had to use there services; hands down they are one of the best companies and people to work with.

1800 water damage. Worked on my flooded basement when no one else would. I called local companies and they could not be bothered as it was not a big money maker for them. The employees worked hard to get it done and than it flooded again and we had to do it all over. Than my daughter was hit by a drunk driver and was not expected to make it and they stood by me.
They even cut the bill down to help me. Being a disabled Senior and having a company that goes above and beyond to help through this whole mess, was amazing. From the owner, his amazing secretary and the the wonderful young men that came and helped made this experience so much more tolerable. Thank-You 1800 Water Damage.

I was very happy with the workmanship that was done in my laundry room. The workmen were on time very clean and we got through our flood damage with no problems. I had a water damage thing last June. It rained and a bunch of water came into our basement where we had a friend staying. I know that the company had a BIG PROJECT in process. They had all their people involved in a major money making deal. Doug called me and offered to have some of his people leave that job and come over to my house. It wasn't a critical issue, and I said that was not necessary.
They came over the next day and solved the issue. The point was that the offer was made and that is what 1-800-Water Damage is all about. Doug and NIta are incredible customer service people, and their employees get the job done professionally. I cannot thank Doug and Nita enough.

The best choice. Doug is the owner and I must say very friendly and professional. I had an emergency at 5am. My 35 gallon fish tank was draining from a leak. All of the water damage ended up involving 3 rooms. The house was completely taken care of by Doug. By the end of the week you couldn't even tell that there was a problem. PS Most of the fish made it!

I had confidence that the mold was remediated correctly and my seller was pleased with the results. We called Doug & his 800 Water Damage Team out in the late evening for an exterior water leak we had during the holidays. He was extremely professional & knowledgeable about our issue and addressed everything immediately to prevent further damage to our home. He followed up by visiting our home the next day and followed up over the phone each day while their equipment was in our home drying out the moisture. Doug & Nita run a first class operation and are very easy to deal with.
