I hope to never have water in my basement again but if I do, I will be using 1 800 water damage. I had the pleasure of working with Alex, Dom, Dea and Austin. Where do I even begin to express how awesome this team is! We were out of town on a family vacation and neighbor checked on our basement after a bad storm to find our basement with 2inch of rain water. We called Mr Micheal plumbers they install a new pump, alarm and back up and then suggested getting 1800 water damage in to inspect the water damage. Laurence their lead tech came and truly has been transparent, awesome to deal with many hours away and helped get our home accessed so fast to make the right decision for our situation.

Justin did a splendid job in ensuring he investigated the water leak throughly and identified the affected areas. He walked us through all the nuances of what he found and kept us informed of the actions he was putting in place to address the issues. He followed up continuously over next three days to check if we saw any other issues that he needed to address.
As an organization there were multiple people who were sent over to check and confirm that all issues were addressed including cleaning of the carp pet in the affected areas to my immense satisfaction. Highly professional crew responded to sewer drain back-up in fully finished basement. They extracted water, placed powerful drying fans/dehumidifiers, then removed and hauled away effected carpet, kitchen cabinets, baseboards and 2' of drywall from the floor. Excellent communication and they sent a Construction Coordinator to write up the rebuild/restore work to be done.
