We walked the outside of my home and continued the conversation. I felt much better after his check of my home and will definitely use him in the future.

As a real estate agent, I have worked with several mold inspection companies, but none have been as experienced, as knowledgeable or as thorough as St. Petersburg Mold Inspection. On one property where we had an unexpected failure, they came back at no extra charge and did a thorough inspection of the area. Then they gave a very detailed list of recommended things to do to remedy the situation, which included pictures and detailed instructions. As result, the follow up test passed. Along with this, their prices are very reasonable. I will recommend them to anyone who needs mold testing.

I had a mold issue after my house being flooded by hurricane Idalia and paying a remediation company to correct it. The remediation job was not completed according to standards. I needed to get a mold test done for disputing the remediation companys shabby work. Called Joe, he was able to meet me the next day. He was extremely helpful in explaining the process and regulations. Joe also got the lab results back in a short amount of time which gave me more ammunition for the dispute. I definitely recommend Tampa Bay Mold Testing.
