What a great team! Had a very serious water leak in my basement which caused a massive flood. Luis, and Felix assured me that they would have everything cleaned up as if nothing happened. Welp, they were right! Thank you guys, as I dont think Ill ever use another water clean up service ever! You guys are great!!!

Im very grateful that Luiz, Felix, Josh, Leandro, and all their crew did the mold remediation in my home. The amount of mold that grew on my walls following severe water damage was catastrophic and dangerous. We couldnt even live there due to the air quality. 1-800 Water Damage saved our home and our health!
Besides working to the highest industry standards in mold removal and remediation, these gentleman are compassionate, respectful, and reassuring.
I was completely dismayed about the water damage in my house and Luiz, Josh, and Felix talked me through everything with kindness and patience. Additionally, they navigated a high-conflict situation with our HOA and showed the utmost professionalism in working with an extremely difficult property manager.
Ill add that I had the air quality tested by an independent third party after the mold remediation was done, and the Industrial Hygienist who did the clearance testing said that Luiz and 1-800 Water Damage were exceptional and that this is the best containment job I have ever seen.
The final testing results showed the mold was gone.
This company has my permanent gratitude and I am positive that anyone else who hires them will feel the same way.
