Work was done good my only problem was communications but they fixed that and all is well. The work was done well but I had to call them back to finish the clean up.

UPDATE: I was unaware that they stand behind their work. I was really pleased when the owner of the company called me and offered to come back out free of charge and retreat the spots. Crossing my fingers that they look better this time.

They were very nice and professional, but I don't think they did a good job on my carpets. I paid extra for stain removal and non of the stains came out, or even look different. The carpet looks the same as it did before they came. I'm really disappointed I spent $200 for nothing.

Very happy with their work....the first time. Second time, not so much. Owner contacted me and said he would come back and do the work that didn't get done for half price. Sounds good, but had to wait until some other work was completed. Called back, left a message, and they have not called me back. Just called again and after they figured out who I was, they hung up. Apparently they do not want my business.

The owner has called back and made it right. I appreciate that alot. The work is now complete and done to my satisfation. Things happen and they made it right

These guys got me out of a couple different messes recently and I highly recommend 1-800 water damage. They are absolutely my number one go-to for water restoration. They were the only people in town I could find to clean up a sewage leak in a crawl space as well. Very thankful that I found these guys and I highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal interaction with this company, I'm a renter and have only so far met with this company for an assessment. The property management company has been slightly disorganized and difficult to deal with, luckily after not being informed of the time I would meet with 1-800-WATERDAMAGE , I gave their office a call, they got everything in order and the visit was great! Very knowledgeable. I was so relieved to hear descriptions/information that was exactly what an environmental company I personally hired had advised me of. We had a flooding event in our home that severely damaged our family room, and caused major havoc in the basement below. We discovered the damage, of course, on a weekend in the evening. They were immediately available after hours and were so professional, helpful, and reassuring. Responded quickly and coordinated multiple tasks simultaneously to accommodate our tight schedule. Crews worked on weekends. Worked as a partnership with insurance. Communicated frequently and directly with plans and progress. Took on the entire restoration project; I didn't need to hire multiple contractors. Thank you!

Ransom and his crew showed up between the time frames I was given. I completely forgot they were coming over and my house resembled that. Not to worry. They knocked it out nonetheless. They worked around my two kids being in there way (I tried, okay). Very professional and open about the whole vent cleaning process. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Jason did a terrific job. I am very pleased with how good the carpets look. Even the stairway with the light colored Berber turned out good. He cleaned the vents too. So glad to have it done right.

After suffering a plumbing problem, I contacted our Insurance Agent, who recommended D&S Restoration Specialists. The owner, David Johnson came out within two hours to assess the water damage. He worked with our Claims Adjuster that same day and had a crew out within hours to remove items that were effected by the water damage and items that could be salvaged. His crew was polite, professional and proficient. David stayed on top of the "tear out" and the reconstruction, addressing my every concern with speed and efficiency. The level of customer service that David provided deserves more than 5 stars. I would highly recommend his services .
