Ryan was super helpful our bathroom pipes burst and flooded our entire first floor. Were located in Melbourne and he was able to get to our house within 30mins. he cleaned up all the water and was able to make our house livable again within a day.

Wow! I am so impressed we with Ryan's knowledge, response and his professionalism. I had an AC leak and had wet carpet in one of my rooms. I cleaned the area and dried it myself then a few weeks later decided I should have someone come and check the area for mold/moisture to avoid any future issues. I called late on a Friday afternoon hoping to get something scheduled the following week. He asked if I would be home that evening and came by a few hours later as promised. He checked the area for moisture and determined all was good. He took the time to answer my questions, explain some things to me and reassure me that I had done a good job with the cleanup and that my AC was working well and keeping the humidity level where it should be. He didn't charge for his time and I am so very appreciative! I would highly recommend his services!

After our initial phone call, he came out for a free consultation and quickly helped us understand what was going on with the water damage behind our shower. He also connected us with a leak detection specialist and a public adjuster to help guide the process.

They were not the service I needed but they quickly gave me contact information for a company that provided the service I needed. Very courteous and helpful.

Its so refreshing to get assistance without being pressured into a service. We discovered a small mold patch under our HVAC and Ryan instructed me on how to clean it best, he checked the air humidity and the HVAC unit itself. Ultimately he assured me remediation was not necessary. I was already cautious of having someone come look because we are a single income family and mold remediation is not cheap. When his first words were dont be too concerned I couldve cried! We have two babies and Im in the THICK of it so his help, time in answering my questions, and ability to understand my paranoia with his on little at home!

If I could give these guys 100 stars I would! During a kitchen remodel we discovered some black mold, I was a wreck! I called these guys, they came out immediately and got this mess taken care of. Absolute professionals, do amazing work and know their stuff! I would highly recommend them 24/7/365!!

Arrived to my parents' condo on a holiday weekend to mold growing on the wood and leather furniture. I called this business in a bit of a panic and Ryan came out within an hour to provide a free estimate. He educated me on the mold, put my fears to rest, advised me on how to clean it up and how to prevent it in the future. The advice alone was so helpful and when I asked to pay for the consult, he said it was free so I'm leaving this review to encourage anyone with a mold issue to give them a call. They will be honest with you as to the severity of the problem and won't sell you services you may not need.

This team was so polite and thorough. Not only did he remove the mold but did it for less than the original estimate! We also had him install a French drain to keep from having this problem again. I highly recommend this company!

As a first time home owner he was able to educate me on things I should of been doing as well as things I can do to prevent this problem from ever happening again.
