When we had a water damage at our house from laundry room leak, it was hard to navigate being first time homeowner. Konstantin guided and helped us through the entire process including dealing with insurance. He was also present when adjuster visited our home for inspection. His crew was very professional and respectful of our house. His crew left our house clean after the mitigation. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

FloodDry did an amazing job at mitigation. Konstantin wasted no time doing the initial assessment of our water damage. The mitigation crew came the next day and completed the demolition and mitigation. The equipment they used was top quality. The fans weren't really loud. It took a total of 3 days for mitigation and approximately 4-5 days for repairs. They also did an amazing job with repairs. During this whole time, Konstantin was always available for a call and was extremely professional. He always made sure our questions were answered. They also dealt with the insurance for mitigation and made the process really seamless. I would highly recommend their services for water damage and repairs!

We have a flood on the ceiling and carpet floor. Konstantin response in 1 hour to the job site. Clearly explained the procedures and what we should expect. The crew Kirill and another member came in the next day opening the ceiling and set up the machines in 3 hours. They covered the work area. No dust, no trash. They did a neat and wonderful job. They took the trash, cleaned the floor and hallway when they left. Konstantin came back to inspect the moisture level after 3 days. The crew came back to take off the drying machines today. Again, they cleaned up before they left. Job is well-done. We are very happy with satisfaction! Definitely give them 5 stars.

I had a phenomenal experience with them. We had pretty bad water damage. They had five stars in Yelp and Google and that's how we found them. They were thorough and ensured all water damage was properly corrected. Many other companies were not thorough as them. We went with them for reconstruction post drying and they really went above and beyond there too in their workmanship, quality and responsiveness. We had tight timelines and they worked really really hard to meet those! They documented everything and worked directly with insurance. Highly recommend them.

FloodDry, including Konstantin and his team (including Archie), were referred to us by our plumbing company after we experienced a sudden water leak from our upstairs bathroom/shower that damaged our downstairs bathroom (water damage to ceiling and drywall, etc.). Konstantin was super responsive and prioritized coming out to our place on short notice the next day. I appreciated that Konstantin was very clear/transparent in his communications and took the time to lay out his initial assessment and what to expect from his team, as well as potential cost range, while also answering all questions I had. He also laid out potentional alternatives/repair options and along with his suggested course of action for both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Konstantin and his team that performed the repairs/restoraration were efficient, polite, and took the time to come back out a few days later to double check all their work (which included water mitigation, treatment, drywall and ceiling, paint, etc.). Their work turned out really well - pain was perfectly matched and they improved some areas that were shortcut by the original builder (e.g., original tape connecting drywall panels that had bubbled a little bit). Flooddry was a Godsend when the water damage happened. They quickly and efficiently secured the damage area, brought in the necessary equipment and subcontractors (for asbestos abatement) and got my home ready for the needed repair work. Konstantin and his crew were very professional.

We were hosting Thanksgiving dinner when a water pipe started leaking, resulting in water pouring from a recessed light fixture in the ceiling in my daughter's room.

Had our drainage hose come undone during a load of laundry which was located on our 3rd story causing water to leak through the walls and ceiling. I gave a FloodDry Water Damage Restoration a call and Konstantin came over the same day in the late evening to do an assessment. He was extremely helpful and informative of the process and had us setup within the next morning to start the restoration.

His team showed up in the morning and were also very helpful and explained each step they would preform and were very patient with our questions and concerns and ultimately did a fantastic job helping dry out our walls and keeping the opening of the walls to a minimum.

Once the work was completed for the water restoration Konstantin did the entire home insurance portion of the coverage and worked with our adjuster to give estimates of costs for the drying of the walls and reconstruction after. He also recommended a reconstruction contractor who did an amazing job as well. Konstantin also remained in contact with us with quick responses throughout the entire process which made it so much smoother.
