We had a major house fire that resulted in our home being almost a total loss along with most of our personal property inside. As hard as that was to go through, Paul Davis has been there from the beginning offering support, compassion, and excellent service. They helped make a hard situation so much better! We are now at the reconstruction phase, where they are rebuilding our house and Don Hull, our project manager, has been so great to deal with! He is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and has been very prompt with answers to any questions we have had along the way. He also meets with us on a regular basis to ensure we know the current status of the construction and the next steps. Thank you Don and Paul Davis for helping us through this! Drywall is next. Can't wait!

We are not done with our project, but the service so far has been exceptional! Our insurance company recommended Paul Davis and we have been impressed from day one. Austin has been very attentive, kind and respectful to work with. He promptly returns phone calls and texts with answers to our questions. His priority has been to make sure all the work done has been to our satisfaction. He made us feel like we were his top priority! All the work done was great quality! No one likes to wake up to a pool of water on your carpet but that’s what happened on top of everything else life was handing me. I worked with Dalton at Paul Davis who was incredibly empathetic towards the disasters that can come from your home being damaged. Dalton was on top of getting my repairs done. I told him it would be great to have life back to normal for Christmas and he got it done! He was caring and even asked after my parent who was in the hospital. All the contractors who came and worked on our property were chosen with care and were incredibly professional. Thanks Dalton and Paul Davis.

I had a moderate water damage in my kitchen and laundry room and Paul Davis came out and assisted in the water clean up. They were great with communicating each step of the way, I would as for Johnathan Hernandez to be your coordinator, he is amazing!
They did not do the remodel because they were booked out two months, I hired a local contractor for the rebuild. But highly recommend for water restoration.

We had some flooding from a drain the broke. Paul Davis came in and did a great job making it look like there was no damage. Drake who did the dry wall repair was very kind and communicated the entire time throughout the repair process. I am very happy with the work they did and in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them in the future with any repairs or remodeling.

From the minute I opened the door to let them in to assess the damage, I was impressed. Clean and neat uniforms, face masks, shoe covers and ready to get to work! They sent the mitigation estimator as well as the remodel estimator so we were working with the whole team from the very beginning. They kept us informed on the progress and what would happen next. They showed up when they said they would and got straight to work. Now the mitigation is done we are happily anticipating the remodeling. A great company with so many wonderful workers. Thanks!

We all have bad luck, but mine was on a different level. With THREE feet of water in my basement I didn't know where to turn. Luckily, I found the Gentleman at Paul Davis (Sandy). They were quick to respond and made me feel better about my situation right away. They had a army of men ready to fix my misfortunes in a blink of an eye! They kept me up to date with any and new information as work was completed. So, trust me when I say don't look any further when it comes to your restoration needs. Paul Davis Restoration of Utah did a fantastic job on mitigation and restoration on my kitchen. It was so upsetting to have my kitchen taken a part but the project manager, Gabe, was patient, kind and competent at helping me to cope and getting all the work completed beautifully and professionally. My restored kitchen is absolutely beautiful and all the work was done very professionally.
I highly recommend Paul Davis, and specially, Gabe, as the project manager. He handled my insurance, the linoleum, cabinets and all problems that came up as the work was in progress.
The mitigation work was done quickly and efficiently by the mitigation manager, as well.
I would also, like to mention that Mike Reid did professional work, as well, and was very kind to me.
