Josh Hanson, the Inspector came out immediately, called first and introduced himself and literally was at my house in 15 minutes. He conducted a methodical and meticulous inspection, provided detailed information, and was extremely professional and empathetic, which resulted in us choosing H2O. Moreover, he set up the air movers to prevent further water damage! He worked hard and provided excellent customer service! Thank you, Josh!

H2O Away saved the day! We had a pipe burst in the wall of our home and the team came out the same day to tackle initial dry out and then back later for further mitigation in prep for rebuild.
