Our company was founded by Philip Taylor, a licensed and practicing Illinois Property Inspector with over 8,000 documented residential and commercial inspections. Philip's extensive experience in the industry, combined with his background as a licensed electrician and certified mold remediation technician, makes him uniquely qualified to provide expert inspection services. Our team is committed to honesty, reliability, and exceptional customer service, striving to leave our clients comfortable and well-informed about the structural and mechanical components of their properties.

Our comprehensive computer-generated reports include email capability, and we use state-of-the-art technology, including infrared thermography, to detect and diagnose issues with your property.
