Who We Are

Our team is led by Trent Blehm, the Founder and President of Allay Group, who has been in the insurance and disaster businesses since 1998. Trent has served in various positions, including a high-risk insurance broker, commercial account executive, claim reviewer, field staff adjuster, water restoration technician, senior estimator, and senior project manager. He holds multiple certifications from IICRC and is an award-winning claims adjuster for handling large losses and accuracy & consistency. Trent maintains Independent Adjuster licenses in both Idaho and Oregon.
