Professionalism and Customer Service

Air Quality Assessors (AQA) received a mixed bag of reviews from customers. On one hand, several reviewers praised the company's professionalism and customer service. Ann Hudson, who rated the company 5 stars, was impressed with the kindness, thoughtfulness, and honesty of her technician, Mathew. Karen Sinness, another 5-star reviewer, described the company's staff as "nice, competent, happy, respectful, and knowledgeable." Teesa Marie, also a 5-star reviewer, appreciated the expertise and kindness of her technician, Paul.

Poor Communication and Billing Issues

On the other hand, some reviewers experienced communication and billing issues. Dwight Webster, who rated the company 1 star, was unhappy with the company's billing practices. He was initially quoted $350 for two mold tests, but was charged $800 by his insurance company after AQA's technicians completed the tests. When he brought this to the company's attention, he was met with resistance and threatening behavior from the billing manager, Keith. Webber also accused the company of lying to his insurance company and threatening him with legal action.
